I just purchased a new home from Lev Tov Real Estate Projects in Mishkafayim in Ramat Beit Shemesh Aleph. The home will be done in a year and it looks like it's almost done. Other building companies in Mishkafayim who claim to have the homes ready in 6 months look like they are years away. Basically, this guy builds fast and builds well. The luxury home I purchased is 3500 Square Feet and included central air, upgraded floors, double glazed windows, a huge kitchen (with Island). Basically, I paid way less then I would have paid anywhere in Aleph including Mishkfayim and received much more. There was no deal even close to this one. Yehuda is the manager of this company and he has a good heart and is an absolute pleasure to deal with. I would recommend that anyone who is looking to buy a great home or investment at a great price call Lev Tov right away and see what they have to offer. לב טוב הכי טובה ברמת בית שמש ומשקפיים

לב טוב הפרויקט הכי טובה ברמת בית שמש ומשקפיים. הם בונים מהר ובלי מבעיות. אני ועוד שתי חברים קנינו מהם ומרוצים. I wanted to leave this compliment in Hebrew as well for those who prefer or only read Hebrew. The Lev Tov is the best real estate deal in Ramat Beit Shemesh. Myself and 2 other friends purchased these homes in Mishkafayim. The standard in this project is significantly higher than any other \kablanim\ and the price cannot be competed with.

My best friend, myself and my neighbor all recently purchased into the Lev Tov real estate project in Ramat Beit Shemesh. Two of us purchased a semi attached 3500 square foot house and one of us purchased a detached 3500 square foot house. The price and deal was substantially better than any other homes for sale in all of Ramat Beit Shemesh Aleph. Yehuda is the manager of Lev Tov and he is a real tzaddik. He gives you the homes ready to go from central air to screens and much more. I can guarantee anyone reading this that you will not and cannot find a better investment than Lev Tov in all of RBS.
