Beit Ha'Ir museum is an architectual pearl situated in the piquturesque Bialik Square in Tel Aviv. It was constructed in 1925, and has served various purposes, including the Tel Aviv Municipality, an archive, and now houses the museum of Tel Aviv-Jaffa's municipal history.
Nice and creepy collection of animal figures
Beit Ha’ir (Hebrew for Town Hall) is designed to be an open house for those residents, artists, writers, scholars, tourists, and other guests who want to become better acquainted with Tel Aviv and to partake in its story and spirit; a lively hub of exhibitions and information about the city in all its historical periods, as well as an active civic arena — a place to conduct current public debates and to advance urban processes.
Pretty chill place especially if you like fake animals and quirky stories about old tell Aviv
Beautiful historic 1st town hall of Tel Aviv. Has a permanent exhibit of the history of Tel Aviv. New art exhibits all the time.
Movie interesting, but silent. Narrative would have made it better. Remainder of museum closed for private event. Notice would have been nice.
Cute museum! Good for kids, and in a lovely building on a secluded street.
