Room was by far most spacious of our entire trip in Israel. Beds felt pretty basic. Bathroom was small. Staff was nice. Breakfast every morning was delicious. Location was great.

Amatures. Kept us waiting for the check-in forever. No one to talk with. Avoid if you can.

Location is very good, the Backstage cafe serves good food in a good atmosphere by nice people, although the drinks selection is very limited. The hotel however falls short on the basics: the rooms are very old, the bathroom is worn and tiny, the doors are dirty, locks not working properly. “Art” is scattered around the place, but with no visible concept. And the weirdest is that they sell umbrellas for 50 NIS at reception but won’t lend you one when it’s pouring. Mind you the umbrellas are big and hence would not fit into your luggage if you did decide to buy one for some reason. And when you ask why, the answer is “because.” This hotel needs a major refresh and change of attitude.

Flatters to deceive. No where near as "incredible" as other reviews would have. It's a friendly 3 star at best. Great staff. Large bedrooms but world's smallest wardrobes and desk space. Dated. Good breakfast though.

Used to be friendlier & more efficient check in. Rooms were better too. Just checked in and our room smells strongly of cleaning spray. Early check out time and not flexible about extending that by any amount by any amount of time.

Never before I had a hotel so fancy. The suite is so rich yet so homish. There is a living room with original oil paintings, cabble TV, a little kitchen with a little fridge, kettle and a coffee machine supplied with teabags and coffee bags collection of many kinds. King-size bedroom. Windows to two directions. Each suite is little different. Suites may accommodate three or four. Regretfully, due to the corona, no food is offered, but the neighborhood is full of eateries. A parking lot below the building, wheelchair accessible. 60 per day. Highly recommend.

The hotel is nice. The rooms are casual and pleasant. There where few problems but it's ok.
