The owner came way too much to check we didn't harm the place. The main door didn't lock at all. The pool and the hot tub where nice, the place was clean.
So many rules way too many cameras feel like I’m in a casting of a movie. He claims every stupid lamp post and fake art costs 8000 shekels don’t recommend at all
Owner hounded us every 5 mins, walked in and out like he was part of the family and complained how he spend so much money on every piece of furnature but both bathrooms dont have locks. Would not recommend.
Place is nice. Its a pretty cool place just like you can see from the pictures. Everything was set up to be a beautiful weekend for us. However, only moments after we arrived, the owner came in and started screaming at us as if we did something wrong. We had just arrived! He started lying to us about what we made up with him. He yelled at us until we showed him a text he sent agreeing to all this. That night I was awoken at 3:30 am by the owner flicking switches. He came into my bedroom in middle of the night because the fuse tripped and he couldnt see the cameras. Then he came in again a few hours later and started walking around the house kicking our stuff around trying to find something to blow up at us from. The next day there was no hot water. The owner came in 2.5 hrs. before we made up to leave. He came in and started tossing our things into the garbage. Every time we tried to speak to him he only got more angry until he just threw us onto the street with all our belongings. I would recommend this place just because its a cool place and in a convenient location. So if you do choose to rent from him, make sure to get EVERYTHING in clear writing, make sure to keep the doors blocked so he cant barge in whenever he wants, and maybe slip him some extra cash to cool down his mood. Amazing place. Too far from Tel Aviv.
The place is nice , though a lot of fake props. There was no hot water on the 2nd day. The boss is a little too worried about what u do . He came to wake us up at 3:30 in the morning while we were in bed because he couldn't see the camera's (the electric trip'd on shabbos) . The spa has no cleaning fluids in it and it's the same water from person to person. Kitchen is a bit small:: As I'm writing, he's screaming at us about absolutely nothing . He keeps coming in and out of our villa . Didn't we rent this place out? But on the bright side we have free baby sitting service
the story is like this he has over there 2 seperate villas the large one is huge with a nice pool (not heated) and jacuzzi but the inside is bad with a bad smell looks like the beds were never cleaned. And the second villa is smaller but in a better condition also with a pool and jacuzzi. But the reason i m giving it a 2 star is because the owner charged us 500 shekel more then he told us he would!!! and the service is bad he came every 5 minutes checking if we are doing anything and screamed at us all the time even we did not do anything wrong he told us to leave the villa 2 hours before we were suposed to go!! so iwould tell everybody to please have all the information written!!
