Awful customer service. If you are ready to get yelled at and treated like a dog, this is the place to go.
Unfortunately there was a long waiting line outside today march 29th, 2021 and the waiting time made it prohibitive to wait
We started by waiting out in the sun for fifteen minutes in line after coming on time. The attendants were pushy, raised their voices and were ill-mannered. The car lot where you will wait again is across the street, hot and uncomfortable. They had us walk around in the hot garage looking for the car with them, couldn't find it, then had us wait while they finally found it to bring it around to us, which should have happened in the first place. I would definitely go to Best on Yafo St. next time.
Insane understanding of normal! No understanding towards a customer at all!!! They don't check the car beforehand, gave us a car that had problems with the battery and wouldn't start on it's own. Waited multiple times for long periods of time for them to come fix the car, with a wife and baby - in extreme heat. And I didn't manage taking care of everything that I was supposed to. (They were blaming us as well along the way saying that it was because we left the car on, etc.)!!! When I told them that they should reimburse us, he looked at me as if I'm crazy, and said that it's normal for a car to have problems. And that if I wouldv'e waited for few more hours then they would think about it. Very surprised with they terrible service, and system. Would not recommend at all.
I have been there several times and and everyone there is always helpful. As with any car dealer always check out the car before leaving.
