Sixt on Sarei Israel has a very good service
Rental car companies are known for horrible service, but I was pleasantly surprised by the service we got here. Walked in day-of and got a car within 45 minutes. Check-in was easy, pick up was easy, and drop off just the same. I would highly recommend Sixt and this branch in particular to anyone looking to rent a car. Make sure you know how many kilometers you’ll be driving each day, we didn’t both times we’ve rented from Sixt and it’s a .40/km charge. Our fault for sure, but a good thing to know.

Shlomo Sixt - scammers! Once they get access to your credit card it could be charged without any invoice and real reason.
Great service, they gave us middle class of the price of mini, because they didn't have one, accepted debit card payment and everything went very fast and smooth! :)
Worst rental experience ever. I booked a small car more than a month in advance, and when I showed up at the given time, they had no available vehicles at all. After waiting for some time, I was offered the only car that was returned at that moment, a large 7 seater. It was only the 2 of us in the vehicle, and I booked a small car for a reason, I'm not an experienced driver, and ending up in the chaotic Tel Aviv traffic with blockades and honking, while driving this run-down monster truck was a nightmare. Not to mention that an insurance I said no to ended up on my rental regardless. Just don't offer the option of booking in advance if you can't provide the service you charge for.
