So unhelpful here. We picked up the car and the agent asked what time we would be bringing it back, and although we told him 2 or 3, he said that that would be ok, but he did not change this on the contract. So, when we returned it, he said (same agent) we were late. There was also no way of knowing what kind of fuel to use. The car had no information. And the Hertz people said that the car has a sign for what kind of fuel. It did not. We got help at the gas station. But gas station man had no idea either. We had to call hertz to get help. We were at gas station for 35 minutes. The gas automatically shut off when it was full. But, it really wasn't full. And, when we returned car, they charged us for the difference in the reading. They were not helpful. Not understanding. Would never recommend renting from them in this location.

Fast cachier but turmoilous and long wait to get a car. Cars are new and in a good condition.

Because of the COVID-19 restrictions, there was only one representative (the manager) to take all orders. We had to wait for 1h30, in the sun and no place to sit while the long wait, until we got the car. I called the main client support and they said there wasn't anything they could do.
