This is what’s considered acceptable by this location to provide to a customer/a tourist. I was also told that “...this isn’t Canada, it’s Israel, and I shouldn’t expect the same service” I rented a premium car and got this for 1300 for 2 weeks. I’ll update my review with the whole story soon, but wanted to share so people are aware! Skip Akbar and skip Europcar, rent from Hertz or anyone else! This is 100% unacceptable! I’d also suggest that readers check and see which of the positive reviews are made by employees and which are not! You’d be surprised!
