The service at the Talpiot branch was just traumatic. First of I got a car of which the engine had problems. Upon returning to the branch to have the car changed the secretary didn't change the hour of returning the car. Although I had lost a few hours. Returning the car on Friday morning is an nerve wracking experience, because you need to deliver the car at the Mamila parking. No way to get to their office on time due to impenetrable traffic. The service desk told me to pay another 250 shekel, because the car was returned too late. I can return the car on Sunday morning in Talpiot. In Talpiot I was told I have to pay 500 shekel, because shabbat is counted as a day. Although it is not possible to return any car, because Shlomo Sixt is closed on shabbat. The customer service was aggressive and not wanting to see my point of view. Hopefully through the interference of the manager I can get this money issue settled

Overall a good experience - The car was in fine condition and handled well and with setting up our rental in advance online picking up and returning were both quick and easy. The only negative was that our car was originally handed off to us without the GPS we ordered. We noticed it was missing and had the attendant add one but the battery charge was very low. A few minutes after pulling away it died completely and we found ourselves lost and following the train tracks home. We made it back but the GPS was frozen and not accepting a charge. We luckily found a Youtube video tutorial on how to fix the problem and the rest of our rental time was smooth sailing.
Terrible customer service, no manners at all We filled up the documents, and I was asking questions, and the Agent was so upset of that, then I have sat and wait for The CAR ti be delivered, in the meantime she was talking to some other people which I don't know, in some point, she turns up to me an say ”what are you waiting for, good pick up your car which was 5-7 min. Walk from the office! We went to the carpark she pointed, present all of the paperwork we have to the Staff and one of them commented ”we know all the scratches of the car ” I don't know what's that mean but wasn't nice! I have paid full insurance, so I don't have to worry about anything! I'm renting cars at least 4-5 times a year, never have such poor customer service, I felt like I'm doing something wrong, or they are doing me a favour!
WARNING this company has put myself and my family in danger by providing a damaged car with a screw on the tire and 146k Km AND WITHOUT BASIC SAFETY EQUIPMENT!! How can you possibly propose such a miserable car to a customer?! Our tire blew up on a dangerous Palestine area and we had to spend money and wait hours to change tires because the car DID NOT HAVE THE TOOLS TO CHANGE TIRE. I had bought extra insurance and assistance and the lady on the phone could not speak English and told me to handle the issue on my own! I AM WAITING FOR A FULL REFUND AND COMPENSATION FOR PUTTING MY FAMILY IN SERIOUS DANGER. DO NOT RENT IF YOU LOVE YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY
Everything was ready when we arrived. Got a free upgrade to a SUV. Great trip
Best car rental place in town! Nicest clerks, my wife was pregnant, so they brought the car all the way to the doorway, instead of sending us down to the parking lot. Not to mention we got the cheapest car and got upgraded to a Audi
I had booked a SIXT car over a rental agency and that money I paid to them did not appear in the invoice from SIXT, I tried to contact them, nothing came back, the people on site in Jerusalem did not speak any English and could not sort our problem out and I still don't know where that money went. I would have expected more of an internationally known company!
