I am an old Hertz client, I booked an SUV ahead of time, and when I came to get it at precise time, they told me the car is not there and it may be in three hours. They offered me to take small car instead for the same price. This place does not have Hertz service

For those who want to rent a car from this agency, I don’t recommend to take a car from them. They are fraud! When I called to reserve a car, I was told that the cost would be 450 shekels per 3 days. When I came there to get a car, I was told that I had to leave 700 debit card deposit( before I rented a bigger car and the deposit was 311, I got my deposit back only 3 weeks later ). I had only 350 on my card. I was told that the price for the car without deposit would be 750 shekels instead of 450. I agreed and paid 750 shekels, but I wasn’t given a receipt or any document confirming that I paid the money. And they charged 250 from my debit card without letting me know. Also, the car they gave me was dirty.

Like every rent a car in Israel, it is a must, that you take a video of the car because you return the car, they can charge you a fortune, telling you that you damaged the car they have your credit card and they do what ever they want, so just be careful, and the best of luck if you do rent a car
