My preferred car rental in Tel Aviv. Always fast and friendly service, couple of times I got a free upgrade. Cars condition is same as anywhere else in Israel. In general, happy with the service.
Guys you need to improve your service! I am writing in order not blame you but to point out things that you have to improve if you are going to get positive reviews from us. First - always provide a receipt to the customer on his/her request. Don't promise to send it via email someday in future like your officers do. It won't work. Second - if you state your support phone please be so kind to pick it up when calling! Don't forward incoming calls to the answering machine. If you charge for remote support you HAVE TO FOLLOW your obligations in front of customers.
We had a really good experience with thrifty car rental. To be honest we never had a better one staff was polite and kind. The costs and the car were as described. Thanks guys, would definitely rent a car from u again!
Absolutely awful service!!!!! Extremely slow, rude, and apathetic employees, had to wait over an hour to pick up car. Charged extra for insurance, they don't answer the phone, and they charged an extra day's fee for being a few minutes late to drop off the car (they apparently close at 4 and did NOT mention this whatsoever). Will NEVER use them again, avoid at all costs!!!
The franchise of Thrifty in Israel (Kesher-Rent a Car) provides an awful service. The car we were given doesn’t match with the one we booked since the trunk was much smaller. The staff is very rude and you need to argue with them to claim for the service you have paid for. We were late dropping off the car because the car run out of battery and they wanted to charge us an additional day.
Avoid this place. All of my visitors who rented a car there had an issue. One Booked a car bur the car was not ready and not given, my friend had to go to hertz and rent the car from here. They refused to refund him. An other booked a very good car and was given the car from the bellow category without compensation (Renaud Capture instead of Mercedes ..) Overall the owner is disrespectful of customer and is often insulting. Pay the difference and go somewhere else
Service was horrible, but that's israel for you. Car worked fine, the tank was just under so they charged me 40shekels when really it was far less as I just filled the car up around he corner. Just remember to filled it up all the way, my mistake no problems with the return of car.
